Keith Murray: Art Deco Ceramics

Talk and Private View with the V&A’s Kate Turner
Step into the sleek world of 1930s design with a one-night-only celebration of Keith Murray — architect, RAF veteran, and one of Wedgwood’s most iconic designers. Known for his elegant, minimalist ceramics, Murray brought a modernist touch to British pottery, crafting vases and tableware with clean lines and subtle matt glazes that still feel fresh today. Join the V&A’s Wedgwood ceramics curator, Kate Turner, for a short talk about Murray’s artistry and design legacy, and for a rare opportunity to see a newly gifted collection of his timeless pieces up close.
