Corinium Museum

OPEN: MON-SAT 10AM-5PM; SUN 2-5PM

ROMAN TETTINE CUP: Newly restored and now on display. This child’s drinking cup was found with the rare bronze and enamel cockerel that inspired the History Festival logo. For the first time since their discovery, the two objects will be reunited just before the Cirencester History Festival for visitors to enjoy.

TARLTON CURSE TABLETS: On public display for the first time, having been in private ownership since their discovery in the Cotswolds. The Tarlton Tablets allow us to hear, in their own voices, the strange curses Romans called down on the thieves who stole from them.

‘HENRY TUDOR: THE INCREDIBLE DIARIES OF ME!’ TRAIL Follow the rude and chaotic adventures of Prince Henry aged-eight-and-a-half around the museum on this fun trail based on the new children’s novel by award-winning writer and TV presenter Danny Wallace.
